Privacy Policy

Contact us →

This policy explains how Southern Craft Co. collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our storefront, place an order, submit a custom request, contact us, or interact with our services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order selections, order notes, purchase history, custom-request details, artwork or reference files you upload, and communications you send us. For website traffic and security, we also collect pages viewed, visit time, referring website, a random browser identifier, IP address, and an approximate city, state or region, and country. IP-based locations are estimates and do not reveal an exact home or street address.

2. Payments and order records

Website payments are processed securely by Stripe. Southern Craft Co. does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Orders placed through Google forms for Facebook sales may be stored in Google Forms, Sheets, or Drive for processing, fulfillment, customer service, and business records.

3. How we use information

We use information to review custom requests and uploaded artwork, prepare quotes, process and ship orders, communicate about purchases, provide support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, understand website traffic, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers such as Stripe for payments, Google for order records, USPS for delivery, an IP-geolocation service for approximate visitor location, and Meta when you interact through that platform, or when disclosure is legally required.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. Uploaded custom-request files are kept in private storage and are available only through the owner review area. Visitor IP and location records are limited to the private owner dashboard and retained for up to 90 days. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to review requests, fulfill orders, provide support, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to applicable business and legal recordkeeping requirements. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. Browser “Do Not Track” requests are respected by our visitor counter.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when revisions are posted.
